Garden Patch Farms and Orchard is located at 14154 W. 159th Street (Route 7), one-half mile east of Cedar Road, and one mile west of Parker Road in Homer Glen, Illinois. The farm is only about 45 minutes southwest of downtown Chicago.

From the West:
- Route 80 East to Route 30, exit New Lenox
- Turn right on Route 30
- Go to Cedar Road, turn left
- Go to 159th (Route 7), turn right
- 1/2 mile on left
From the North:
- Route 83 South
- Turns right, into Route 171 (Archer) for 2 blocks
- Turn left on Bell Road to 159th St. (Route 7)
- Turn right on 159th St.
- 1.5 miles on right.
From I-355 Tollway:
- Get off at the 159th St. exit. onto 159th (Route 7)
- Go East 2 1/2 miles
- Farm is on the North side (left side) of road.
